Two man Clean and Jerk
Here is a little Christmas present for you..... video (if genuine and it looks like it is) of a 2 man 444lb clean and jerk. It is impressive, but you can't help thinking that there is an accident waiting to happen if they carry on like this.
very impressive. Judging by the plates and how the bar moves it is a genuine weight too. The white guy almost loses his footing/overbalances coming up from the squat, which could have been messy. Amazing how they coordinated with each other.
