ReplyDeleteNice article link. It is a great reminder of how important sleep is. I am sure most attuned in the fitness community know sleep is imperative to good performance, cognition, and tissue rebuilding - yet we often don't heed. I say this as I type this comment at 1:20AM when I should be sleeping of course.
