More good stuff from Ross. I have also just bought his Missing Links DVD but haven't had the chance to watch it yet.

  2. Picked up a set of SuperSliders from Amazon.com. They're great! Like Kelly said, good for the core, but with a little creativity, you can work on a lot of areas. And it's fun, which helps in the motivation. I have these and a couple of Body Blades in my office, and I just get off my ass every hour or so and do something with one or the other.
