Chek on the core

Paul Chek can be completely barmy, but he knows his stuff.  Here he is on core strength when lifting

  1. Chek missed his calling, he should have been in politics. My head is still spinning but I think he said the TA is a flip flopper that was in before it was out. ;)

    And why is it that people who have been educated in exercise physiology insist on mispronouncing eccentric as ee-sen-trik instead of ek-sen-trik?
