[1] [2] [3]

Its only the experiments that don't track what the subjects eat that different result are sometimes found. (some of these experiments even find higher carb diets result in greater weight loss).

Nevertheless when the experiements closely monitor what's eaten, the result always show that only calores count in both normal and hyperinsulemic subjects

1. http://www.nature.com/ijo/journal/v27/n5/abs/0802270a.html

2http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/abstract/84/4/813

3.
http://tinyurl.com/2ta9gnrandyfeingershhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05633383192317515383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-16521505322079079132008-08-20T23:33:00.000-07:002008-08-20T23:33:00.000-07:00Hi Chris,I'm interested to hear how the increase i...Hi Chris,

I'm interested to hear how the increase in carbs works out for you!Stephan Guyenethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09218114625524777250noreply@blogger.com
