I run for the sake of running but the good thing is my feet doesn't ache 'coz of a good pair of rubber shoes.vitamin chttp://www.pureandhealthy.com/vitamin-cnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-20605240148561155732010-10-06T11:39:18.791-07:002010-10-06T11:39:18.791-07:00Jogging has always been against my religion: human...Jogging has always been against my religion: human nature. My rule is to walk for distance, run for speed.Aaron Blaisdellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17204484453346358921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-1024849991936607562010-10-06T07:12:47.529-07:002010-10-06T07:12:47.529-07:00Yeah, at the park I've seen some pretty ridicu...Yeah, at the park I've seen some pretty ridiculous running styles. But, I suppose if their goal is to burn calories, then the inefficient gait probably helps them accomplish that.David Csonkahttp://blog.naturallyengineered.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-12892787358005074262010-10-06T05:28:58.238-07:002010-10-06T05:28:58.238-07:00This matches my observations. They are probably expressing some part of their personality with their running and won't take the time to figure out technique or balance.Hans Hagemanhttp://hans@hanshageman.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-28923686225988217392010-10-06T00:22:39.881-07:002010-10-06T00:22:39.881-07:00I couldn't agree more. The result is it looks forced and uncomfortable (or even painful). No other running animal looks like this when they run and there is no reason humans should.

Worst of all it seems like they are not enjoying it at all, which is a shame.

Maybe it's the shoes ;-)Andyhttp://andydavis.posterous.com/noreply@blogger.com
