They really made an experiment and study of it. Even though they claim that it's beneficial but they failed to cover the addictive trait of drinking. It's better to just eliminate alcohol intake for the body to avoid complications of becoming an alcohol addict. Kudos to you, my friend for your new journey to soberness.www.healthyworkouts.orghttp://www.healthyworkouts.org/1000-calorie-diet-7-important-things-know/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-17272935632936254602014-02-21T09:51:27.459-08:002014-02-21T09:51:27.459-08:00Interesting! (My spouse was in the last month of her pregnancy and I didn't want to be buzzed when the baby decided it was time to see the world.) It surprised me: I'm not a heavy drinker, but even 1 or 2 beers or glasses of wine a night would seem to add up. <br />-PBPesky Blubberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05690451503472843108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-31044065881916816902014-02-16T08:11:59.801-08:002014-02-16T08:11:59.801-08:00Neal.
