I'm not doing a loading protocol just a heaped teaspoon / 5g or so each day. Your decision to give creatine another whirl coupled with the amount of articles about the substance published recently on your site and through other channels has convinced me to give this supplement a chance. Granted, I am skeptical of the supplement industry as most products seem to show limited efficacy and the claims made sound similar to those of a snake oil salesman.
However, I am willing to follow your lead in this endeavor and experiment with creatine myself.
My questions for you are 1) are you supplementing with creatine? Creatine monohydrate? or a "micronized" form of either? 2) Are you doing a loading phase: 20 g/day for 5 days, 10 g/day for 10 days, or 3-5 g/day for ~ 1 month? 3) Are you going to cycle on and off (i.e. 2 months on, 2 weeks off)

Thanks.Xander Rockmannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10793908485494486860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-52675773030733365892012-07-26T12:55:03.409-07:002012-07-26T12:55:03.409-07:00Maybe one form to avoid? http://mobile.nutraingre...Maybe one form to avoid? http://mobile.nutraingredients-usa.com/On-your-radar/Product-claims/Creatine-supplement-makers-at-loggerheads-over-new-studyChrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00223657383325055342noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-83363591930894781672012-07-26T11:25:34.778-07:002012-07-26T11:25:34.778-07:00Brands ?
