Currently I do conventional dumbbell wall sits, but the weights are getting so large I have problems with grip.<br /><br />I think wall sits hit the quads as well as any of those leg moves listed, and they are quite a bit safer.<br /><br />Anyway, if you know of any resources on single leg wall sits please post 'em!SportsGuyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02900787022759289513noreply@blogger.com
