I wonder if he was able to turn away the rheumatoid arthritis for life - which has been my goal since going paleo a year ago.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10846307115018186758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-84981412176130728452011-02-17T10:26:25.502-08:002011-02-17T10:26:25.502-08:00From Witchita Falls, Tx. I have fallen off the wagon several times. Type II Diabetes has its drawbacks. But, when on the Neatherthin Diet, Blood Sugar stays normal 120 or lower without medication. Energy level is up and life is great. A 2 mile is easy, lifting weights is just as easy and enjoyable. For a 65 year old, I'd say, "Get with the Neanderthin Diet and exercise". Meeting Ray has changed by life in a positive way.
I'm looking forward to his next book.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16979432236632112594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-53975870178175795822010-03-29T09:39:08.501-07:002010-03-29T09:39:08.501-07:00Geez, he must have had a train to catch. In other words, the downside of grain consumption (metabolic syndrome, environmental damage, overpopulation, etc.) could not NOT have happened.

That citation from Genesis using the modern vernacular is simply awesome. Please do allow me to cite it. Great interview, Chris.

Best Regards,
ZachZachhttp://thepaleogarden.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-80773348283031641742010-03-24T09:28:47.960-07:002010-03-24T09:28:47.960-07:00Thelemite = an adherent of occultist Aleister Crow...Thelemite = an adherent of occultist Aleister Crowley's system of Magick, Thelema.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-58150043186847821822010-03-24T03:14:23.915-07:002010-03-24T03:14:23.915-07:00That interview was so funny! One comment he made in his book I have had to embrace, after not wanting to believe it for years: No cheating...undoing the effects of cheating can take days or more for some people. Well, that's me - fall off the wagon on something like sweets and it can take a long time to climb back on.

Thanks for looking him up.

Scott WScott Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10687098328064801055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-60063971688550001022010-03-23T15:05:48.466-07:002010-03-23T15:05:48.466-07:00Thelemite?Thelemite?Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00223657383325055342noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2467994117916260529.post-17433359726881609692010-03-23T14:59:04.897-07:002010-03-23T14:59:04.897-07:00You didn't happen to ask Ray if he was a Thele...You didn't happen to ask Ray if he was a Thelemite, did you?
