I was in the gym recently and saw...Superb footage. I was in the gym recently and saw the usual 'flat' leg work - squats, leg extensions, leg curls and more squats. How boring? <BR/><BR/>Sure these exercises have their place but the guys who were squatting only seemed to vary their routine by changing sets and reps.<BR/><BR/>Me? I sprint and do some jump training (only on to a 3ft8in platform - but it is a start).
