The guy with small calves may well know a damn sight more than you about a lot of things - including how to get stringer. A lot of the pistol is about balance and flexibility and it is something of a party piece, but it does require strength. <br /><br />The point was that there are those that criticise HIT saying it doesn't create strength or fitness. I was purely demonstrating that this HIT guy found pistols relatively straightforward with little practice.<br /><br />All you seem to do is come here and criticise.
