"simply a busy schedule," meaning 4+ hours of watching sports every day, instead of doing them.
ReplyDeleteInactive muscles don't use glucose so they become insulin resistant when muscle glycogen stores become full.
ReplyDeleteI suspect that this pill won't make any difference to that.
