Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps....




We have talked alot about plyometrics and balance training in past posts. This combines the two elements. I think that in the light of the study that I referred to here I would probably prescribe these with no added weight.

Nice tutorial thanks, I guess that is a little dangerous, imagine what can happen if in the moment you going down your leg fails or something you are going straight to the floor haha
