I was taught that my legs should be shoulder width apart but your demonstration has them quite a bit wider? Is this important to one arm pushups or just personal preference?
Peter just to clear up any confusion, that isn't me - just a video I found.With one arm pushups the wider your feet are the harder they are - a smaller base means harder balance
