Very impressive! Although I am far from holding a plank (or a variety of planks) for 5 minutes, I like the idea of moving between positions to help break up the monotony of just holding one position and to add an extra challenge.
cool idea. I had to try it. Wasn't sure if I could do the whole 5 minutes, so I set my timer for 10 sec. rounds... got to the end and wasn't dead, so I tacked on a side plank w/ hand and foot elevated (each side) since that's my favorite plank version. Next time I'll go for the full 15 sec.
