Most yogis follow the Standard American Diet.. or lean more vegan..

I wonder how a human following a Paleo'ish diet would fare?

Hmm, speaking of controversy selling... another article utilizing a "firmly believed healthy activity is actually bad for you" which is merely a recommendation to stretch what is overly tight and strengthen what is overly weak. I think I'm on to something here ;D.

Yoga is good for you, if you stretch and pose accordingly; in the same way that running is bad for you... if you land on your skull. Gotta do it right or not do it at all. Same for stretching, same for yoga, same for anything in fitness and in health.

I Agree with Anonymous. Every physical activity poses risk of injury, so the same is true for yoga. I don't know if there are any stats data available, but I guess that chance to get injured in yoga class, if far less then doing running, playing tennis, rock climbing, or squatting with heavy barbell.
