Chris, I saw this a while back browsing through TED.
I'm always so happy when intelligent accredited people talk about this type of stuff vs some of the more new age types as the message seems to get discredited a bit.... But the reality is that this stuff is so powerful and real. I wish our youngsters in school were exposed to useful and applicable information like this.
Fantastic link! A couple weeks ago I was feeling particularly low with some of my weight and back struggles and the additional pressure of school. I saw this video and realized that I could see my problems right there in the mirror. Poor posture, angry demeanor, and I found that I was even crossing my arms defensively more often.
The pumping yourself up in the bathroom thing is funny but I swear it works!
I just tried the Wonder Woman pose and immediately laughed because it's the same position I'm in when snowboarding. I am an absolutely fanatical snowboarder for many reasons. One of the major reasons I love it so much is that it makes me feel so good, like I can ride all day long and come back the next day for more. There's no other exercise like it for me-- maybe the posture has something to do with it!

I was at a meeting at work today in which the Director gave a talk to the staff. If was hilarious to watch him adopt so many of these power poses.
