Hillfit.com is a new website I've written which looks at how to apply some of the things we talk about here - specifically using interval training to improve fitness - to hill walking. There are lots of people out there who walk in the hills and mountains. It is a great escape and offers peace and beauty, but without sufficient fitness it can be hard and difficult. Exhaustion can often make a day in the hills dangerous too.

looks at the science behind interval training and offers some basic routines to improve your fitness. The focus is on the average person, just to get them a bit fitter.
