Istvan Javorek
Istvan Javorek is probably best known for developing the kind of metabolic weight-training that evolved (?) into Crossfit style workouts like "the bear". He called these his complexes e.g. Dumbbell Complex 1 (video here)
Anyway, there is some challenging stuff in this clip as he uses stairs to train some plyometrics....
