Leg Blaster

Rob uses the Leg Blaster:

  • 4 Rounds
  • Leg Blaster (20x squats, 20x lunges, 20x jump lunges,
  • 10x squat jumps)
  • 30 seconds rest

This is basically the template prescribed by Vern Gambetta as a basic leg strengthener.....that I have mentioned before
