Animal Fat, Animal Protein and Colorectal Cancer.
Despite what you may have read....
On the basis of the results of this quantitativeassessment, the available epidemiologic evidence does not appearto support an independent association between animal fat intakeor animal protein intake and colorectal cancer.
"does not appear to support" has got to be one of the most, err, err. I'm trying to think of a polite way of saying that there does seem to be some bias inherent in the abstract!!!
Glasgow interview on the 30th. It's getting very complex!
Hope the interview goes OK......or that something else works out
My girlfriend is at a GI conference in Glasgow at the moment. Apparently there was an interesting paper yesterday about polyunsaturated fat being associated with IBD.
