Erwan Le Corre - barefoot

We have previously discussed barefoot running. Here is Erwan Le Corre of MovNat (who I recently interviewed) doing just that

Richard has also mentioned his admiration of minimal shoes.

That study in the NY Times article has been totally debunked by several people e.g.

The NY Times writer is notoriously biased against meat.

Good 'ol Le Corre, leading from the front!

Funny, an illusion of coincidence...

I just filmed a video of some barefoot running, too.

All the best,

John

I found myself thinking "this guys in good shape, but he's not really doing anything that impressive ..."

And then I reminded myself that he wasn't wearing any shoes. That kind of conditioning of the feet is awesome! I can't wait to do more trail running in my vibram five fingers.

Thanks for a cool post as usual Chris!
