Saturated Fats are good for you.

This is superb

It is bonus footage that never made it into Tom Naughton's Fat Head.

Great video, thank you for posting it. I'm coming off of a long-term low-fat lifestyle, and the more solid information that I read/watch/hear, the more I am able to answer the questions of my friends.

I've moved to a paleo-style diet, including organic, grass fed and free range meats and eggs, fresh organic vegetables and low glycemic fruits like berries and melon. I can't believe how much better I feel. The addition of saturated fats into my diet has postively affected my mood and intellect as well.

I'm enjoying your blogs, and am finding them to be a good resource for me right now, so thanks.

Astounding. Fear tactics are usually wrong..but seems like both sides are using fear tactics. Hard to tell what is based on science in this case. Need more info!

Agreed. I've been a huge fan of eating a lot of saturated fat for a while now. I currently eat anywhere from 25-40 grams a day, mostly virgin coconut oil and whole organic eggs, but occasionally grass fed beef as well.

I eat a ton of unsaturatd fat as well. So far lean as can be, and my heart doesnt seem to be keeling over yet....=)

Hang on!

Is there any evidence at all for thinking that cooked animal fats are as bad as processed vegetable oils?
