Conclusion: These findings suggest that dietary intake of menaquinones, which is highly determined by the consumption of cheese, is associated with a reduced risk of incident and fatal cancer.

.....and yet the chief of cardiac surgery at Baylor was quoted in Men's Health as saying he hasn't touch a pizza in 15 years' due to the saturated fat content he routinely pulls out of the arteries he opens up.
