Don Reed (weightlifter) said, "[David Rigert] had erectors that looked like semi-submerged truck tires." ...amazing...I would like a definitive answer to who it is though!!!
Also, I'm wondering about the vertabrae "under" the "mound" of muscle: Would these be lumbar or thoracic?

Erectors look excessively hypertrophied in T6-T12, in comparison to the lumbar region. Might indicate adaptation against thoracic injury.Or it could just be the image.
