I've eaten two meals a day from Wendy's or McDonald's for over 3 years and I am lean and ripped at the age of 40.

I drink coffee with loads of heavy cream for breakfast, lunch consist of a potato covered with chili. Dinner is 4 meat patties with onions, tomato, and pickel , then finish the day with a large glass of half-and-half before bed

Everyone thinks I'm 30 and I am full of energy.

Oh yea, both meals cost me about $6 a day. What a bargain for my health and pocketbook.

Thank God for fast food!

Hi Chris,

I got excited when I first saw that study, then a colleague pointed out that it wasn't randomized. Volunteers decided which group they wanted to be in, so all the health-conscious people probably went into the control group. The control group gained no weight over the 2.5 yrs, which is a little weird for a random group of Westerners.
