The log lifting video is curious. He advocates sticking the butt out (anterior rotation of the hip) which is problematic in my view, yet in the next segment when he is actually executing the lift he does not rotate the hip but maintains a much flatter lumbar spine which is actually correct,again in my view.
Compare second 38 (demonstrating butt out) and second 54 (the actual lift sequence) in the video to see the difference between what he is practicing and what he is preaching.

amazingly efficient. this is definitely a minimalist approach. all techniques are the same making it easy to remember and perfect.
