I really do think that it is true that some people respond to resistance training quicker than others, just like some people lose weight more rapidly than others. I am one of those people that really has to work at strength training to get the results I want.
I agree with you, some individuals are gifted, where others have to work much harder. I do believe the ones that are not as gifted as others may be, they can see the same results through proper training methods and hard work. Danny Lupianiwww.athleticfx.net
