I'm always surprised at how many people at my gym walk around with bad posture between exercises! Much of bad posture can be fixed by doing more weightlifting for the back muscles.

Additionally, gym goers need to watch their form more when they are exercising. Bad form while exercising increases the chance of bad form/posture all day long.:-)

Let's take up a collection for Kstar to buy a remote microphone.

He's got some great stuff in his daily mobilitywod, but the volume on the videos and his rapid fire delivery makes it tough to glean his nuggets of mobility wisdom.

I agree on the lavalier microphone. Awesome information -- clearer delivery would be great!
