Dumbbell Floor Press

Occasionally there is something really good on T Nation.  Such as today, where there is a good piece on a favourite exercise of mine - the Dumbbell Floor Press.

It's a great exercise, and complemented very well with the renegade row. I often super-setted those two in years past.

Fantastic exercise to get those triceps working. I have my upward land blows powered with it.
