I really want to like her work, but I've had inferior results. Her hamstring stretch, seated where you grab your foot and slowly extend while hanging on, rounds the back and, in my case, caused pain requiring chiro intervention. Very different from Pavel's and others' 'hinging' movement when stretching the hamstring. I also find her supine 'rope pulls' for the shoulder compresses or impinges the front of my shoulder. Again,I appreciate her method and wanted to order her hip dvd and the one for athletes, but so far I'm not convinced the mechanics are safe.
