Chris,I only like the last one as it has some semblance of "hip replacement " The other ones. Might be good for the "stronger person" but would not work for a small or weaker person. The very first one I don't like at all as most likely the falling person with grab hold and pull you down with them.Just my 2 yen but the guys were enjoying themselves. It's all good just nitpicking, "self defense" can get me going as so much of. What I see is just sheit.Marc
