Eh, I don't know about this one Chris. Brett Contreras is a smart guy but... Jesus, this is a little farfetched. This reminds me of Jane Fonda in the 1980s. Now, your video below of the 82 year old powerlifter is inspiring. Men lifting the basic barbell is what we came from..., unfortunately, "side-lying clam raises" I guess are what we're going to.

Ach. It is horses for courses. The 2 posts are totally different. This glute move is good for what it is.
