Ok, I'm now back after a few days off trying to learn cross-country skiing in Norway.
We stayed in a very beautiful little village called Sjusjoen near Lillehammer. Fantastic.
The skiing was fun, but a difficult skill to learn.
Normal service will now be resumed!

Glad your back! This post reminds me of one of my most embarrassing moments. I was trying x-country skis for the first time in Berlin when a German couple approached. Just as I started to say hello, I stumbled and broke a pole in the process of falling down. From that point on I stuck to mountain biking as my winter sport!! :-)
