Holy mackerel. I did 10 of them, and my abs felt it immediately. I was actually sore later in the day from it. Yes, that indicates a certain lack of fitness on my part! But I do kettlebells a lot, and this gets some muscles that weren't getting touched before. It's deceptively effective.Thanks!
Hi CharlesI did some tonight and I really like the movement. I've done halos before as a warm up mobility move but these add a bit to them.
