Training with the kids....

Who says that you can't train when you have kids?

Love it! My partner and I had considered doing something similar, using me as the resistance (I'm 50kg). Not sure I'd be up for the overhead presses though, however much I trust him!

Not sure how much Joe weighs. Perhpas I should have checked before hand!

He keeps asking me to do it again, which to be honest, is not that easy.Still, practice makes perfect...ish.

What is really fun about this is other kids are asking their Dad's to do push ups with them. Kids do what you do. Bad stuff included.
