Ironic sleep
one of the things I've written about a fair bit over the years on this blog is the importance of sleep....yet so often is is this blog that keeps me awake too late!
Anyway, some good thoughts and principles are here:

Skimping on sleep is my great weakness. I always come up with some excuse for not meeting my 11pm goal.

I know for myself that sleep is huge and something I have been working hard to get more of each night.
