10 seconds from tuck planche to flat back? no way. you should have at least a 30 second tuck planche before you start straightening your back. i can do it for 10 seconds max atm (poor i know, i have only trained for a short while) but i have nowhere near the strength for my back to be straightened!
Well an athlete I know said you should be able to hold each position for ATLEAST 60 seconds
