I'm looking for as much material on single leg wall sits as I can. Currently I do conventional dumbbell wall sits, but the weights are getting so large I have problems with grip.

I think wall sits hit the quads as well as any of those leg moves listed, and they are quite a bit safer.

Anyway, if you know of any resources on single leg wall sits please post 'em!
