Competition - Body By Science: Question and Answer Book

Ok this is a first for this blog.....a competition. By accident (doh!) I ordered 2 copies of this book from Amazon. Rather than return one, I thought I'd offer it as a prize to the readers of this blog.

There are no hard questions to answer, no quizes....

The rules:

  1. You must be a follower of this blog: just click on the follow button on the right hand side of this blog.
  2. Leave a comment on this post
  3. On 1 August, I will use a random number generator to pick one of those commenters - at random obviously - to win the book. I will then send you a message via the Google Follower system and get your address to send the book.

The bank is going to take the family farm and Ma does not have the money for that life saving operation she needs...but if I could just have that book, I think everything would be O.K.

Uh...I guess multiple entries don't trick the "random number generator." (Uh...is that a hat with little pieces of paper in it?)

What's the difference between following a blog on Google reader and clicking the Follow button and using Google? Well, now I'm doing both! I have the book on my Amazon wish list, so I'd LOVE to have a copy.

Fingers crossed, really enjoyed the Body by science book though more of a bodyweight/home excercise person than Doug McGuff's gym based concepts but still lots of great stuff, would love to see what this has got!

I have now "officially" following. IS there much in the book about shoulder rehab? I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery.

@guy - there is quite a bit in the book on rehab exercises for rotator cuff injuries.

I'd also suggest you check out my pal Colin's blog, or email him. He might be able to suggest some rehab approaches.
