Messed up sleep, cortisol and fat

Shift Work at Young Age Is Associated with Elevated Long-Term Cortisol Levels and Body Mass Index

Interesting study.   I am sure the same arguments from shift work will apply to general messed up sleep patterns.

Man did this post hit home. I did some shift work for about 5 years some time back and it threw my whole lifestyle and eating pattern off and I could never recover. I just never felt right - my blood pressure was always high, I never slept right, my sugar was always high and my workouts were crap. I gained weight also!!!
