Yeah, sleep is much too underrated.

Lack of sleep affects you not just mentally, but physically as well. Especially recovery.

Of course, mind, body, and emotions are all related.

There is probably no greater bang for your buck for well-being than a good night's sleep.

The bit about people who take naps being 37% less likely to die of heart disease is interesting. Maybe we should try to incorporate that into our daily schedules.
