Obviously, that poster is from an insurance company, not strictly a health provider. But that flow chart was gapingly bereft of the mention of essential fatty acids (DHA aka fish oils) which form 65% of the dry weight of the brain and are well proven to slow the decline of cognitive function. Other's of mention would be B6, B9, B12 and if you really wanted to go there, the herb Gingko biloba. Then of course there is the avoid list... with trans fatty acids right at the top, right along side smoking and alcohol consumption...
