Interesting idea, he just turned the side plank into a movement. That has to smoke the delts, for sure.I wonder if there are any joint capsule problems one would need to worry about since you're actively shoving the head of the bone deeply into the socket, potentially creating an area for impingement.
I tried this and it definitely didn't feel good on my shoulders. It hurts. Perhaps I need more mobility?
