The importance of strength training as you get older....

I could quibble over some of it in terms of form or whatever, but the message here is superb.

I was disappointed that these two senior didn't achieve some carpet time. Go HIT or go home.

Seriously though, this was well done and may actually motivate some people to resistance train. It was nice to see that consulting a trainer was recommended.
