This is a great idea. At the moment I can implement this strategy too so I may have a afternoon siesta
Superb footage. I was in the gym recently and saw the usual 'flat' leg work - squats, leg extensions, leg curls and more squats. How boring? Sure these exercises have their place but the guys who were squatting only seemed to vary their routine by changing sets and reps.Me? I sprint and do some jump training (only on to a 3ft8in platform - but it is a start). Or I do some hopping. I get odd looks from the gym-rats but if your legs haven't evolved to sprint and jump, then what the hell are they for?Good footage - I'm off to find some tyres!
