Also, I think many women would be amazed at how lean, yet how strong, she is (and maybe men too!). I think most women believe that to be strong you've got to bulk up. Here is proof you do not!
Some exercises DO benefit from the subject being bulkier... squats and bench presses come to mind. But, chinning is one where larger girths really do little, if anything, to improve lift leverage. The curl is another.
Muscle alone will do the trick without any extra "marbling."
There is, of course, a relationship between the cross-sectional area of a muscle and its power, so added lean muscle will help.

It is primarily a biscep pull up. Tell her to do a wide grip and I shall be impressed.
