Thanks MCI appreciate you posting that video Chris. I like Brad since he uses science and does he research, despite him being Canadian, hehe.I agree with all that he said, but I disagree with his conclusion. I believe that these small increases in MPS (protein synthesis) done repeatedly is beneficial for adding muscle. The timing is still debatable though, but most studies show post training is best.
