Protein during workouts?

I said the other day that people tend to obsess about pre / post / during workout nutrition. Good video from Brad of Eat Stop Eat

I appreciate you posting that video Chris.

I like Brad since he uses science and does he research, despite him being Canadian, hehe.

I agree with all that he said, but I disagree with his conclusion.

I believe that these small increases in MPS (protein synthesis) done repeatedly is beneficial for adding muscle.

The timing is still debatable though, but most studies show post training is best.

My recommendation is to include 20-40 grams of whey post training.
